Why tracking is behind a sign-in
An order shows a name, a delivery address and what was bought. An order number alone is not enough to prove it is yours, so we do not accept one as a lookup. Signing in keeps that information yours.
Tracking has not moved
Carriers can take up to 24 hours to register a shipment after dispatch. If it has not moved in 14 days, contact us and we will open an investigation.
No tracking number yet
Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed on chain. Until then your order page shows its payment status instead.
