Terms of sale

1. What we supply

VialHaven supplies chemical compounds in sealed vials for laboratory research use. Nothing we sell is a medicine, a supplement, a cosmetic or a food. Nothing we sell is approved, licensed or intended for administration to humans or animals.

2. Who may order

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you are acquiring the material for lawful laboratory research, and not for human or veterinary use;
• you are competent to handle the material safely and will conduct your own risk assessment;
• importing and possessing the material is lawful where you are, and you are responsible for checking that.

We may refuse or cancel any order, before or after payment, at our discretion. Refused orders are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars per box and exclude shipping, duties and import taxes. The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed at checkout, which is locked for the duration of the payment window shown on the payment page.

Payment is in cryptocurrency only. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Read the crypto payment policy before paying — it explains network selection, underpayment, overpayment and expiry.

4. Shipping and risk

Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. See the shipping policy. You are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes and import formalities that apply where you are.

5. Cancellation and refunds

See the refund policy. In short: an unpaid order can be cancelled at any time; a paid order can be cancelled before it ships; goods that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced or refunded.

6. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you store, handle, use and dispose of anything you buy from us, and for complying with the law that applies to you. Misuse of research materials can cause serious harm.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the material outside laboratory research, which is prohibited by these terms.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the version published when the order was placed.
