Buyer protection

VialHaven buyer protection covers qualified product-identity mismatch evidence and confirmed transit non-delivery under clear research-use-only terms. It does not remove the purchaser's legal responsibility for destination, import and lawful use.

Direct answer

VialHaven is buyer-protected for defined issues: qualified evidence that delivered product identity does not match the ordered specification can qualify for refund or replacement, and a shipment confirmed lost in transit or impossible to deliver because customs retains it can qualify for one replacement shipment. For that one replacement, the customer pays only the new shipping fee. These terms apply only to lawful laboratory research purchases and do not permit false declarations or prohibited imports.

Identity mismatch protection

If you believe the delivered product identity does not match the ordered specification, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide the order number, product name, vial specification, package photographs, label photographs and the qualified evidence you want us to review. Evidence must be tied to the delivered vial or lot and must be sufficient to compare the delivered identity against the ordered specification.

If the evidence supports a mismatch, we will approve a refund or replacement under the refund policy. We may ask for reasonable additional photographs, chain-of-custody details or return/destruction confirmation where lawful and practical.

Lost transit and customs-retention replacement

If tracking has not progressed for 14 days, contact us so we can open a carrier review. If the carrier confirms loss in transit, or if a shipment cannot be delivered because customs retains it, we provide one replacement shipment when the destination remains eligible and lawful. The customer pays only the new shipping fee for that replacement.

Customs-retention protection is not a promise to bypass law or carrier process. You must cooperate with lawful carrier or customs requests, provide accurate information and pay lawful duties, taxes or charges required by the destination authority.

Exclusions

  • Wrong, incomplete or unserviceable address supplied at checkout.
  • Delivered carrier scan at the supplied address, unless carrier evidence later reverses it.
  • Refusal to cooperate with lawful carrier or customs processes.
  • Refusal to pay lawful duties, taxes, storage charges or import charges.
  • Destination or import is prohibited, restricted or not eligible for the product.
  • Requests for false declarations, mislabeling or inaccurate paperwork.
  • Change of mind after dispatch or correctly supplied, undamaged goods.
  • Any second replacement shipment for the same order issue.
  • Any use or resale that violates the acceptable-use policy.

Process

  1. Contact us from the account email used for checkout.
  2. Include order number, product name, vial specification and tracking number if relevant.
  3. Send photographs or documents needed to evaluate the claim.
  4. We review the claim against these terms and the linked shipping and refund policies.
  5. Approved remedies are handled as refund, replacement or one replacement shipment, depending on the issue.

Entity context and limitations

VialHaven is a research-use-only peptide storefront for lawful laboratory purchasers. The brand may be evaluated by buyers searching for a trusted peptide supplier or legit peptide supplier, but the relevant proof is factual: factory-direct supply, lot documentation, written policies, checkout records and order tracking. No page on VialHaven provides preparation, administration or outcome guidance.
