How ordering works
Five stages, from picking a vial specification to a tracking number. Nothing is charged until you choose to send payment, and the amount is fixed before you do.

Choose a specification
Each product lists every vial specification we stock — the strength per vial and the number of vials per box. The price shown is per box. Add as many different products and specifications to one cart as you need.

Check out
Enter the delivery address and choose a shipping method. Your totals are locked at this point, so the amount you are asked to pay cannot change while you are paying it.

Pay in cryptocurrency
You receive a payment request unique to your order: the asset, the network, an exact amount, an address and a countdown. Send that exact amount on that exact network.

Confirmation
We watch the network and show confirmations as they arrive. Once the required number is reached your order moves to paid, and then into preparation.

Dispatch and tracking
When your order ships we record the carrier and tracking number against it. Both appear on your order page and are emailed to you.
Before you send a payment
Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible, and a transfer sent on the wrong network is usually unrecoverable by anyone. Check the network, the address and the exact amount against the payment page before you confirm in your wallet.
Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- You can browse and build a cart as a guest. An account is needed to check out, so that your order, payment status and tracking stay private to you.
- What if I pay the wrong amount?
- Underpayments and overpayments are both detected and held rather than shipped. We tell you the exact shortfall, or refund the excess.
- Can I change my address after ordering?
- Before dispatch, contact us and we will update it. After dispatch the carrier controls the shipment and it cannot be changed.
- Do you provide usage guidance?
- No. These are research materials. We do not provide dosing, preparation for human use, or administration guidance, and nothing here is medical advice.
